We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
